Caroline Jellinck is Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Vancouver office and a member of the Global Technology Practice, CIO and Board & CEO Practice areas.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Caroline was principal of a Human Resources advisory company providing consulting services to corporate clients in the areas of Organizational Development, Leadership Improvement, Strategic Talent Optimization and Board Effectiveness.

Caroline spent 15 successful years as an equity partner with another leading international search firm. Caroline brings experience working with a broad range of clients including knowledge-based and entrepreneurial organizations with expertise in technology/software companies. She worked with investors, CEOs and boards to help them introduce and advance leadership, professional management and governance practices.

Caroline builds on her earlier management experience having spent 12 years with Xerox where she held leadership roles in sales, human resources, leasing and helped build the Xerox Quality Consulting business.

Caroline is a Patron of Science World BC having served seven years on the Board of Governors. She currently heads the Governance Committee for Social Venture Partners a not-for-profit organization that uses a time and money investment approach to support children in-need and youth at-risk. Caroline served on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for the BC Technology Industry Association, the Campaign Cabinet of the United Way of the Lower Mainland, and the Board of Directors of Douglas College.

Caroline holds an honours bachelors of commerce degree from Queen’s University, in Kingston Ontario Canada and a diploma in international corporate governance from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
