Carolyn Dienhart is a Senior Consultant for Korn Ferry, located in the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Ms. Dienhart is a subject matter expert in all aspects of psychological assessment. She assists clients in harnessing their workforce talent by providing thoughtful, data-based, and customized recommendations.

Ms. Dienhart has significant experience delivering feedback and providing ongoing coaching to support leaders in their development. She customizes and facilitates leadership development programs, and supports comprehensive talent reviews.

Finally, Ms. Dienhart has significant technical expertise in research and analytics. She has published several articles highlighting the impact of Korn Ferry programs and actively works in partnership with the Korn Ferry Institute. 

Ms. Dienhart has worked at Korn Ferry since January, 2016. She has gained a reputation for showing deep interest in clients’ human resources strategies and investing in their long-term success. Her partnership approach is among her hallmark strengths.

Ms. Dienhart specializes in leadership development, psychological assessment, and diversity and inclusion. She wrote her dissertation on gender and leadership, leveraging 360-feedback data. She has significant experience consulting for clients in Retail, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, and Industrial. She also has expertise in sales, and actively partners with Korn Ferry’s Sales Effectiveness Group. 

Ms. Dienhart graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas. She has a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, where she studied Social and Organizational Psychology. Her dissertation work was on gender and leadership. She is a former board member of Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work (MPPAW) and a member of SIOP (Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology).
