He advises institutions, management and board members of national and international companies in the search and selection of middle management and senior executives.

Mr. Schaefer specializes in the functional areas of Corporate Learning, Talent & Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, HR Directors and other HR Generalist positions in Central Europe and at an international level across all industry sectors.

Mr. Schaefer has extensive experience in strategic and operational management of business units as a member of the management board of leading international technology companies and as Vice President & Partner of a global management consultancy.

In his role as Director Executive Education of a renowned business school, Mr. Schaefer was able to experience the segment of Education as well as the development of senior executives in a positive and in depth manner.

Carsten Schaefer is a graduate engineer of electrical engineering and he also obtained a postgraduate Master of Business Administration degree at the IESE Business School, Barcelona. Furthermore, he runs through several Leadership Programs at Universit'tsseminar der Wirtschaft USW as well as the IMD in Lausanne.

He is bilingual in English and German.
