Mr. Knowles has 20 years experience in the field of leadership talent consulting and business development. He is a client-focused business leader recognized for strategic client relationships and results, who has won awards for team and individual performance. He strives to unleash talent results through client discovery, using tools and processes such as talent strategy formation, talent gap analysis, competencies, leadership development, assessments, succession planning, and executive coaching.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Knowles led a 20 person regional talent consulting practice as the SVP. He has experience working with both federal and non-profit organizations, spanning the financial services, education, pharmaceuticals, energy/utilities, and consumer goods/retail industries.

Areas of expertise include: executive coaching, talent assessments, succession planning, leader development, sales force development, talent strategy, competencies, strategic business development, and facilitation.

Mr. Knowles has been actively involved in Association of Talent Development, Human Resources Leadership Forum, Training Officers Consortium,, and is certified in assessments and methodologies including MRG Leadership Effectiveness Analysis, Team Coaching, etc.

Mr. Knowles has served overseas as a volunteer service representative for two years and has been active in youth service programs.

Mr. Knowles has a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Utah, with an emphasis in political and applied economics.

He is moderately proficient in French having lived in France for two years.
