Charlie Ingersoll is a Senior Client Partner and Co-Leader of Korn Ferry’s Nonprofit Practice. He possesses a deep understanding of mission-driven organizations and the trends, opportunities and challenges facing the nonprofit sector. Mr. Ingersoll brings extensive experience working with boards and search committees, delivering inclusive executive search and integrated talent management solutions.

Mr. Ingersoll brings over 25 years of executive recruiting experience. Prior to entering the executive search profession, Mr. Ingersoll spent eight years recruiting executives for presidential-appointed positions within the U.S. Departments of State and Commerce and the U.S. Information Agency. He served in the White House in the Office of Presidential Personnel during the Reagan Administration.

Mr. Ingersoll’s past nonprofit President & Chief Executive Officer searches includes Old Colony YMCA, Mill Neck Foundation, Covenant House, Boys and Girls Clubs, Goodwill Industries, Lutheran Services in America, JA Worldwide, Red Cross of Greater New York, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, Melwood, Lutheran World Relief, Volunteers of America, and the National 4-H Council.

A native New Englander, Mr. Ingersoll graduated from Tabor Academy in Marion, MA before earning a bachelor’s degree in political science from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut
