Lee Yen Chin is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Singapore office.

Ms. Chin implemented talent management and development framework for a global technology firm to strengthen market leadership in Asia. She designed and delivered a talent identification and development program which successfully built the local talent bench for an industrial organization.

Ms. Chin developed a leadership program for high potential leaders, resulting in observable behavioral change with direct impact on strategic outcomes. Her ability to translate requirements and implement a practical approach has served her clients well in her consulting career.

Ms. Chin possesses nearly two decades of consulting and business management experience across diverse industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chin served as a consulting director with an international outplacement firm. She has worked with The Forum Corporation, a global learning organization that provides professional development and consultancy services for its corporate clients, where she was responsible for developing and managing end-to-end turnkey solutions with clients from the pharmaceutical , financial, energy and telecommunication industries.

Ms. Chin’s areas of expertise include strategy execution, organizational development, leadership and talent, succession planning, facilitation, competency modeling, and talent strategy.

Ms. Chin holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the National University of Singapore.

She is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has lived and worked across Asia.
