Chris Niland joined Korn Ferry as a Partner in September 2016. Prior to Korn Ferry he spent 12 years at New Bridge Street where he was a Partner and part of an experienced team that built the leading UK executive remuneration advisory business.
Prior to New Bridge Street, Chris worked at ISS (the leading shareholder advisory body) from its inception in the UK where he established their original framework for analysing companies' remuneration practices.
Chris has over 20 years' experience of advising remuneration committees and management on on the design of tailored remuneration structures and their communication to both internal stakeholders and institutional investors.
Chris has experience of working with FTSE listed companies across many different sectors with current clients including Ascential, Centamin, Elementis, Ferrexpo, Glanbia, Hostelworld, Johnson Matthey, Kerry Group, Polypipe, PZ Cussons, TransGlobe, Tharisa and Victrex.
Chris holds a degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and is a part qualified Actuary.
