Ms. Reti focuses on hospitality and arts and culture throughout EMEA. Ms. Reti works closely with Hospitality Investors and Operators on a variety of senior level investment, asset management, development, marketing and operational roles. Her extensive track record in hospitality is founded on her depth of market knowledge and global network in the sector.

Moreover, Ms Reti leads Korn Ferry’s Arts and Culture practice, recruiting talent for commercial and non-for profit institutions, private collectors and businesses globally.

Ms. Reti joins Korn Ferry from a boutique real estate executive search firm, where she originated and grew the hospitality practice globally, securing clients from Private Equity, Hedgefunds, Investment Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Mixed-Use Property Development, Hotel Operators and High Net Worth Individuals throughout EMEA and Asia.

Previously, Ms. Reti worked at The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths as an Silver Specialist and Marketing Manager where she oversaw the opening of two new Assay Offices as well as organising and lecturing at several International Seminars on Fakes and Forgeries at Auction Houses and Museums globally, and sitting on the Antique Plate Committee. Ms. Reti began her arts career at Christie’s International in London.

Ms. Reti holds a Master’s (Distinction) in Legal Studies of Art Ownership from Carlton University, Ottawa, and a Master of Letters in The History and Connoisseurship of Fine and Decorative Arts from The University of Glasgow and Christie’s Education, as well as an ARCT Diploma (Distinction) in Speech Arts and Drama from the Royal Conservatory of Music, Canada. Miss Reti has been published in several arts related trade publications including RICS’ Art Survey Magazine and the Antiques Trade Gazette and other academic publications.

She is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish.
