Ms. Hill is an expert in design and delivery of leadership development programs, assessment offerings, coaching, simulation-based workshops, team building, strategic thinking, and communication skills training. She uses her extensive knowledge of organizational development to identify client needs and devise custom solutions to meet their challenges. Her considerable expertise has been built upon client work in the financial services, hospitality, technology products and services, telecommunications, and transportation industries.

Ms. Hill created Active Leader, the simulation-based leadership development approach that has grown to be the single most frequently delivered and globally accepted learning program at PDI Ninth House, a Korn Ferry company.

Ms. Hill came to the Firm via PDI Ninth House in 1998 from Northwest Airlines where she developed and implemented a wide range of safety and service training projects, specializing in the management of international contract training. She partnered with NATCO to bring emergency management training to aviation organizations around the world. She also held performance improvement roles at Minnesota Public Radio, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and Pan American Airways.

She is an active board member of the Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work organization, a board member for the Global Institute for Action Learning, and a member of both the Academy of Human Resource Development and the American Society for Training and Development.

Ms. Hill, who is currently completing her doctoral degree in human resource development at the University of Minnesota, is the author of A Consultant’s Guide to Action Learning, co-author of Developing Leaders and Organizations Through Action Learning as well as numerous articles.

Ms. Hill earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and statistical analysis from Florida International University. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
