Clémentine is a seasoned consultant, facilitator and HR professional. She brings over 20 years experience working in diverse roles in the HR domain (consultant, facilitator, specialist, generalist).

She gained in depth knowledge in leadership, team and organizational behavioral topics and has been leading, designing and delivering various programs on culture change, engagement, leadership, learning, talent management and team performance.

As she was part of business management teams, she is able to translate strategic priorities into people practices.

Clémentine joined Korn Ferry in May 2017. Prior to that, she worked as an independent consultant and facilitator, working with a variety of clients at board member level. 

Clémentine has a track record of helping leaders accelerating team performance, creating alignment and engagement around the business strategy and establishing sustainable improvements.

She helps leaders to create a climate of trust and openness in which their people can contribute the best of themselves in an authentic way, and opens the way for more innovative and productive discussions by unlocking the change and decision making process.

Building on her in-depth experience in driving organizational and cultural change, she enables companies to reshape their culture and bring it to life. 

Clémentine has worked in different professional environments – national sales organizations, global business groups, and corporate headquarters. She lived in France (where she grew up), Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, and now the Netherlands. She has worked 15 years at Philips as Global Head of Human Resources for Philips Research, HR Business Partner for Lighting Operations (Industry, SCM, Procurement, Finance and IT), Head of Employee Engagement, Global Learning & Development Manager for Marketing & Sales. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was running for 3 years her own successful consultancy and coaching practice.
She holds a Master degree in Business Administration with honors from the University Robert Schuman, France. She conducted additional education in the area’s of executive coaching, team transformation, facilitation and business management.
