CorDell is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Organization Strategies practice.

He has over 20 years of experience designing and implementing organization, talent, and change management strategies in support of business objectives, like mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, cost reduction, and organization effectiveness / performance improvement.

CorDell has worked extensively within the Automotive, Industrial Products, Transportation, and Consumer Products industries for Fortune 100s, private equity portfolio companies, and venture funded startups.

He joined Korn Ferry from Deloitte Consulting, where he was a leader in their Organization Strategies, Talent Strategies, Supply Chain Transformation, and IT Transformation market offerings. CorDell developed the firms Talent Program Assessment Method, including integration with Bersin by DeloitteTM research and benchmarks, and developed the human capital components of SC Transformation, IT Transformation, and Cloud Transformation assessments.

Previously, CorDell ran his own organization and talent consulting business, was a major account manager at SHL, and worked for several boutique executive search firms.

CorDell hold an MBA in Management and Strategy at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Psychology at Lake Forest College.
