Senior Client Partner, Industrial Markets

Mrs. Leinders is a Senior Client Partner in the Dubai office of Korn Ferry. She is a member of the Firm’s Global Industrial Market and focuses on Middle East appointments in automotive, basic materials, chemicals and materials, defense, diversified manufacturing, infrastructure & construction, industrial services and mining & metals.

Mrs. Leinders has undertaken a wide range of searches for clients in the Middle East, concentrating on C-level searches across general management, operational, technical and financial appointments including CEO, COO, CFO, sales & marketing, research & development, and support roles. She has also been involved in attracting National Executives and supporting the local employment agendas.

Having joined Korn Ferry ten years ago, she has developed a deep experience in executive search and leadership assessments. Mrs. Leinders serves multinationals, large local conglomerates and private equity firms for executive search and talent management consulting services. She is also a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Strategic Account team and responsible for global client management of a major industrial conglomerate.

Mrs. Leinders has extensive knowledge of the Middle East and the challenges that represent itself when attracting Executives to opportunities in the region. She travels extensively across the region including to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which is one of her key focus markets.

Previously, Mrs. Leinders worked for professional services firm KPMG, where she helped to establish the firm’s search practice and she worked for an international search firm as a Consultant, Head of Research and Research Associate.

Mrs. Leinders earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. She obtained her bachelor degree in hotel management from The Hotel School The Hague in the Netherlands.

Mrs. Leinders is fluent in Dutch and English with moderate German and French.
