Mr. Farris joined Korn Ferry in 2019 as a Global Account Leader to organize and lead a team of global consultants aligned around a few of our top global clients.  David specializes in collaborating with executive leadership of his clients to identify and guide transformation that leads to competitive advantage.  As the global account leader, David is responsible for setting the strategy and overseeing the work of our global team to ensure that the right results and right level of client satisfaction are achieved.  David is now also serving as our sector lead for the Professional Services industry.

David joined Korn Ferry from another management consulting firm where he served as a Senior Director of Client Management for nearly 15 years.  In this role, David was the global client leader for some of the firm’s largest global clients. Prior to this, David held leadership, business development and client management roles in other organizations.

Overall, David has 30+ years of experience serving as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s leading organizations.  David holds a B.S. degree in business administration and marketing from Babson College.  David received his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from Northeastern University.
