Mr. Leung has worked with public and private organisations including large MNCs, conglomerates, leading family-owned businesses as well as HKSAR Government and public/statutory bodies. His private sector clients include private equity, technology, retail, sourcing, manufacturing, FMCG, professional services, hospitality, gaming, energy, chemical and others.

Mr. Leung leads and manages regional and global projects on rewards and many high profile, large scale projects with the Hong Kong Government/ public sector from compensation and benefits review to policy review studies. He advises remuneration committees of a number of public and private listed companies on executive pay and performances.

Mr. Leung has strong understanding of the business world and is a proven project manager with regional and global perspective.

His key solution areas include organization structure review and design, human capital and rewards strategy and policies, total rewards, grade and pay structure design, long and short term incentives design, performance management, job evaluation, compensation and benefits design, assessment and engagement.

Before joining Hay Group, Mr. Leung led the Rewards practice as well as being the Chief Commercial Officer of the HK office of the world’s leading HR consulting and outsourcing firm.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Electronic Engineering in University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), UK; and a Master of Science degree of Electronics Engineering from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
