David Pang is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Singapore office.

Mr. Pang is responsible for building client relationships, helping to address their strategic and operational needs. He brings a broad range of consulting and in-house experience in organization transformation, change management, leadership development, and talent management.

Mr. Pang leads the business development for financial services and technology sectors, identifying new and emerging business drivers in the market. He has been the project director for many successful projects delivered across Asia Pacific for Fortune 500, large corporations and private companies.

Mr. Pang led the design of success profiles for senior leadership roles for a large regional Bank. He also led large scale regional change management, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and manpower validation study for a large Australian bank's integration of acquired business and assets post merger and acquisition across 4 countries.

Mr. Pang led the talent retention study for a global Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company across ten countries in APAC. He directed the talent and HR multi-year transformation program, including global talent strategy and mobility, workforce planning, HR analytics, HR operating, and service delivery model for a global Fortune 100 oil and gas company in ASEAN.

Mr. Pang was the ASEAN practice leader in leadership and organization for a global HR consulting firm, practice leader for HR and talent management for a leading global management and technology consulting firm, and the head of recruitment for the Singapore Armed Forces.

Mr. Pang received his bachelor of business studies (applied economics) from the Nanyang Business School.
