Ms. Landry uses her expertise to align talent and succession management strategies with the business strategy to drive accelerated individual and organizational performance.

She has been consulting with global organizations for over fifteen years across a broad range of industries and has a senior management background in learning and development in financial services, asset management, and healthcare.

Ms. Landry’s primary areas of expertise are in succession planning, talent assessment and strategy, competency modeling, and coaching. She focuses on supporting clients with the identification and development of their high potentials to build a strong, future leadership talent pipeline. She integrates a wide range of assessment data to provide individual and organizational insights, support talent management decisions, and inform leadership development to ensure the best return on investment for the organization.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Landry was a managing consultant in the smarter workforce division of Kenexa, IBM. She worked with leaders at all levels, including executives and their teams, in Fortune 500 companies, to support the design and implementation of leadership talent assessment and development strategies.

Ms. Landry has a human resource management background and earned her master’s degree in management learning from Lancaster University in the UK.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a certified professional coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
