Deepti Srivastava is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Mumbai office. She has close to 10 years of experience in partnering with clients to shape their human capital strategy and drive their leadership development interventions.

She works closely with clients to define key behaviours that truly distinguish high performance for their organization and provide an insightful assessment of leaders against these. She has been partnering with senior leaders over the course of her career to aid them in their development journeys.

She has led projects across industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Real Estate, FMCG, and Automobiles. 

Ms. Srivastava maintains expertise in design and delivery of learning interventions, leadership development strategies and executive coaching. Her key areas of expertise include Leadership development, High-potential assessment and development, Succession planning, Coaching and facilitation, Competency modeling and Talent strategy. 

Ms. Srivastava is a Sociology Graduate with a Masters in Contemporary Sociology from the London School of Economics, UK where she specialized in understanding social relations in the urban workspaces.

She holds an accreditation in the Korn Ferry Competency Coding as well as the Behavioral Event Interview technique. She is also accredited in the use of the Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential (KFALP) as well as the legacy Korn Ferry proprietary tools including Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Styles, Organizational Climate, Talent Q, Motives and Values feedback and facilitation.
