Ms. Ergene Mutlu brings over seventeen years of experience in human capital-related topics such as executive search, executive assessment, and leadership development.

Joining Korn Ferry as a Senior Associate in mid-2000, she has led numerous executive recruitment engagements across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, specializing in the consumer products, pharmaceutical, technology, and professional services fields.

Working in a dual role, Ms. Ergene Mutlu has concurrently served the firm as a Consultant in Leadership and Talent Consulting engagements in central and eastern Europe, for the Gulf Cooperation Council ( GCC), and in the Middle East.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Ergene Mutlu worked as a senior assignment manager with another global executive search firm, where she assumed a leading role in assignment execution in local and cross-border search engagements with a specific focus on consumer products and pharmaceutical industries.

Ms. Ergene Mutlu started her career with a London-based multinational search firm, where she held an active role in executing search and selection projects across central and eastern Europe, while also developing the IT and telecom industry business locally.

Ms. Ergene Mutlu has completed the Co-Active Coaching training at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in the United Kingdom, and is a coach member of the International Coach Federation. She is certified in Decision Styles and the Lominger suite of products including Leadership Architect®, Voices® 360, Choices Architect®, viaEDGE® and Interview Architect®.

Ms. Ergene Mutlu is pursuing a master’s degree in human resources management at the Edinburgh Business School of the Heriot-Watt University. She is fluent in English and Turkish.
