Dhanashree Kulkarni is a Principal for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the Firm’s Mumbai office. As a psychologist, she has extensive experience working with people and creating organizational cultures which are highly development focused.

She has worked in the areas of Organizational Development, Capability and competency assessment, Learning effectiveness and Culture transformation.

Ms. Kulkarni has worked with diverse organizations in BFSI, Retail and Manufacturing sectors like Mahindra & Mahindra, McDonalds India. She has lead HR Cultural Transformation for Kotak Life using framework of Appreciative Inquiry.

Ms. Kulkarni has helped senior and mid-level leaders across various Indian conglomerates and MNCs understand the impact of their leadership styles on organizational climate and performance.

Ms. Kulkarni maintains specialist expertise in Design and delivery of learning interventions, BEI, Leadership Development strategies, Multifaceted assessments, Organization Culture Transformation and Executive Coaching.

Ms. Kulkarni has a masters in Organisational Psychology from the Mumbai University. She is a master assessor for Assessment centers and is accredited in the Behavioural Event Interviewing methodology. She is also a certified Culture Transformation Consultant from the Barrett Values Center. She is currently pursuing a certification to become a Professional Certified Coach.

Ms. Kulkarni has high familiarity with Korn Ferry Hay Group tools like Inventory of Leadership Styles (ILS), Organizational Climate Survey (OCS), KFALP, Emotion and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), and Business Unit Head level assessments.

Prior to Korn Ferry Hay Group, she was the Vice President HR and OD at Kotak Life Insurance.
