Diana Zarnoch is a Senior Principal Consultant for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's San Francisco office.

Diana Zarnoch has over 25 years of experience in the areas of leadership development, assessment, executive coaching, and strategic consulting. She partners with organizations to create and deploy leadership initiatives that directly support and enable business goals and strategy. Her work ranges from designing and facilitating customized leadership development programs to assessing and coaching high-potential and high-professional leaders.

As an executive coach, she inspires her clients to hone their ability to lead change and increase their leadership impact.

As a facilitator, she excels at connecting with and inspiring large groups and individual contributors to create opportunities to achieve their highest potential.

While at Korn Ferry, Diana has supported a variety of clients in engineering, technology, energy, financial services, manufacturing, entertainment, pharmaceuticals,  and retail industries with their leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion programs, advancing women programs, executive assessment, and coaching efforts.

Ms. Zarnoch brings a wealth of experience in the areas of leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion, consulting, executive coaching, and project management to Korn Ferry.

She is a key engagement manager for the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for global organizations. She is able to leverage her experience, insights, and inquisitiveness to help drive her clients’ diversity, equity and inclusion strategies. 

Prior to joining the firm, she served as the director of educational services at BlessingWhite, Inc., where she developed and managed both core and customized content solutions, as well as providing consulting, facilitation, and project management services. She also managed a network of over 100 external facilitators.

Ms. Zarnoch holds a master’s degree in human resources/organization development from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from California State University – Chico. She is certified in interpreting and providing feedback on Korn Ferry’s KF4D assessment, the Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential and Korn Ferry 360 behavioral feedback assessment.
