Dietrich Schramm is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s Berlin office.

During his long standing career Mr. Schramm has provided his consulting expertise for a wide range of national and international companies in numerous sectors. Focusing on organizational effectiveness issues as well as in the design and implementation of new organizational processes including salary management systems and integrated human resources systems.

Mr. Schramm is responsible for the firm’s business in Austria. He designs organizational strategies and solutions customized to the client’s requirements and supports his clients in the conceptual, the decisional, and the implementation phase of a project. 

Mr. Schramm possesses many years of experience in integrated organizational and human resources projects. His key expertise is in organization and reward, with very broad experience in change management, leadership management, performance management, work measurement, and reward policies.

Mr. Schramm cooperates closely and intensively with supervisory boards, executive management team members, managing directors, and other leaders on a regular basis. His contacts cover the entire industrial spectrum as well as government organizations. He also organizes marketing events on the above mentioned topics and acts as key note speaker. 

Mr. Schramm graduated in mathematics, holds a doctorate in economics, and during his career at Hay Group participated in numerous meetings to deepen this expertise.
