Dilal Ranasinghe

Head of Search & Client Development ASEAN

Dilal Ranasinghe is the Head of Professional Search & Client Development ASEAN for Korn Ferry. His role encompasses overall management of the Emerging Leaders search practice and also leads sales for Korn Ferry in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Mr. Ranasinghe has serviced a variety of clients across EMEA and APAC, ranging from start-ups, owner operated / family owned enterprises, multi-billion dollar local conglomerates and foreign listed multi-nationals. He has provided a variety of high impact talent solutions ranging from strategic upgrades, market entry leadership builds, global searches for leadership development programs, as well as female diversity & inclusion hiring in technical disciplines.

Prior to working for the Korn Ferry, Mr. Ranasinghe was one of the founding members of a boutique recruitment firm Argyll Scott International, which grew from start up to over 70 staff in less than 5 years with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai , London.

With over 14 years experience in the Executive Search and the Talent Sector and 10 years specific to the APAC market, Mr. Ranasinghe has broad experience across the Industrial and Consumer sector covering a variety of roles and geographies. He has supported clients in hiring General Management, Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Technical, E-Commerce/Digital, Travel Retail, Human Resources / Talent Acquisition and Supply Chain.

Areas of expertise include: strategy execution, workforce planning, talent mapping, assessment, executive search, leadership and talent, succession planning, market entry, high potential leadership programs, female diverse hiring.

Mr. Ranasinghe has earned a Bachelor in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations (Economics) from the University of Kent. He is also a certified Holistic Nutritionist from The School of Natural Health Sciences.

Born in London, he has lived in the United Kingdom, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and Singapore.
