Mr. Aremband has consulted to a wide range of local and multi-national organisations, across Europe, South Africa and a range of Sub-Saharan (African) countries.

He has worked with a broad spectrum of clients spanning industries and sectors, with a strong focus in the telecommunications and financial services sectors.

Mr. Aremband worked with C-Suite Executives in developing strategies and fit-for-purpose organisations that can meet future strategic imperatives aligning people, technology and processes.

Mr. Aremband has lead the successful design and implementation of projects focusing on digital capability development across telecommunications and financial services organisations.

Mr. Aremband has worked across Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe where he has delivered a variety of successful business solutions predominantly in the realm of Organisation Design to clients across sectors from Retail, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Telecommunications and Financial Services.

Mr. Aremband has acted as Digital Expert Advisor developing and assisting with digital operating models, digital leadership competency and technical capability development across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and Europe. Mr. Aremband is further responsible for thought leadership in the ICT market within Africa. Mr. Aremband co-founded a peer-to-peer online e-commerce business which was awarded the accolade of Start-up Finalist for the EU Mobile/Digital Challenge competition in 2015.

His areas of expertise include: job evaluation and measurement, organisation design and development, strategic workforce planning and digital operating model and capability design and implementation.

Mr. Aremband completed his Masters in Industrial Psychology at the University of Johannesburg and an MBA at IE Business School in Spain. Mr. Aremband currently leads the Building Effective Organisations and Strategic Workforce Planning Capabilities and manages the ICT sector for Korn Ferry Hay Group within Sub-Saharan Africa.
