Mr. Ferguson guides senior leaders on issues of corporate growth and transformation, value maximization and organizational development.

Mr. Ferguson recent work includes: advising a privately held manufacturer on product line and facility expansion, as well as organizational development and executive selection, launching a corporate Advisory Board of outside experts to assist on strategic decision making, designing and implementing a new management model for a leading community bank, rebalancing geographic and product investments for a global services organization.

Mr. Ferguson draws on his consulting roles (Hay Group, McKinsey, The Monitor Group), general management leadership in the high tech industry (Lotus Development) and membership on boards of publicly traded NASDAQ listed companies (Centra Software and Saba Software) when advising clients.

During this time he has advised clients in the manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, professional services, digital media and non-profit sectors.

A wide range of skill sets are integrated in his advisory work including: corporate and business unit strategy development, scenario based planning, organizational governance, succession planning, management system design, decision making systems, innovation management and culture development.

Mr. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Masters degree from Tufts University Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

He is the Vice Chair with the Yale-China Association and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
