A psychologist and coach with over 20 years'​ experience, Mr. Hill helps boards drive new strategies, cultures and leadership behaviours across complex global organisations. He has served Cisco, Goldman, GE, JPMorgan, Nestlé, Reuters and Shell.

His recent experience includes facilitating CEO succession at M&S, (2016), working with BP to build risk-intelligence after Deepwater Horizon, (2013-15), and helping the UN to manage operational risk across the Horn of Africa, (2006-08). Drew began his career at Shell Chemicals before moving upstream and facilitating the Brent Bravo accident investigation in the North Sea. He has gained commercial experience across the full business lifecycle – from start-up, to successful acquisition and then being hired by the private equity owner to help prepare the business for trade sale.

Mr. Hill is a Chartered Psychologist, a Chartered Scientist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He read theology at Oxford University, psychology at Queen’s University Belfast and holds a doctorate in psychometrics from Keele University.

Mr. Hill is a regular commentator on personality, risk and leadership. He has written 19 books and journal articles and provides interviews for the BBC, the Sunday Times and the FT.
