Elisabeth Gegner is an accomplished international consultant who leads organizations to improve their performance and achieve their goals, particularly in the context of major transition.

Ms. Gegner’s passion and expertise lie in how to successfully plan and leverage major organizational change to reach desired business results, while harnessing the heart, energy and talents of people.

Over the past 20 years, Ms. Gegner has led and advised on the successful implementation of business transformation initiatives, such as outsourcing, M&A, restructuring, digital and technology implementations, rebranding and globalization for mid-size and Fortune 100 companies.

With extensive experience in both consulting (Accenture and PwC) and operations (as former Director of Europe and CEO), Ms. Gegner balances a solid pragmatic business approach with a consideration for human factors – leadership, culture, ownership, and the alignment of peoples’ skills and passions with their work and goals - which often get in the way of successful transformation.

Ms. Gegner’s unique international background of 25+ years in Europe makes her particularly effective with global audiences.

Ms. Gegner holds a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Alliant University and a BA from Wheaton College. She was born in Switzerland, raised in France and worked in Europe for over 25 years. She is fluent English, French, and German, as well as conversational Spanish and Italian.

Today, Elisabeth lives in Laguna Beach, CA, where she enjoys competitive cycling, running, swimming and yoga. She is the Founder and Director of the Freedom Ride Project, a charity to end human trafficking and also enjoys building homes for families in Mexico.
