Vice Chairman, Financial Services and Head of North America Global Financial Market

Eric Pikus is  Vice Chairman of Financial Services and leads the North America region Korn Ferry’s Global Financial Market.  Most recently, Eric served as Senior Client Partner and Global Practice Head of Consumer and Commercial Banking and Asset & Wealth Management. He is based in the Firm’s New York office.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pikus has successfully completed high profile Board of Director, CEO, COO, CFO, CCO, CRO, and CMO searches for both regionally-based and globally-focused, financial services organizations.  Mr. Pikus has worked extensively and advised financial services companies on Board Effectiveness, Leadership Assessment, and Executive Succession Planning.  Additionally, for the past decade, he has established a market leading reputation by leading prominent investors to operating and advisory talent across multiple specialty areas within financial services. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Pikus spent a decade with another leading executive search firm, where he held numerous sector leadership and client management roles within the global financial services practice of the firm.  Additionally, Mr. Pikus served as a managing director and partner of a boutique executive search firm, where he managed all aspects of client services and business development for the company.  Mr. Pikus began his professional career in politics, heavily focused on research and campaign strategies on state and local levels.

Mr. Pikus currently serves as a Trustee to The Severn School in Severna Park, MD, and he is an active member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants.

Mr. Pikus earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Washington College.
