Erin Lap is a Senior Client Partner located in Korn Ferry's Amsterdam office.

Ms. Lap has 30 years of experience in leadership and talent development. Erin’s experience and expertise lies in helping executives and high potentials to align their behaviors and belief systems with the challenges they have to deal with. She has an extensive experience in designing and executing top executive assessments processes, development programs and coaching processes.

Ms. Lap's combines her expertise with her experience in leading teams of professionals. Within Korn Ferry she has led various teams of professionals, in Dutch organizations as well as international.

Ms. Lap has been working with a variety of organizations, in the Netherlands, as well as international. Her focus is on designing and executing leadership development processes, including assessments of senior executives, leading the assessment processes of the senior executive group of clients; designing and facilitating development programs for executives (individuals and or intact teams); coaching executives and senior leaders to enhance the effectiveness of their overall performance.

She has published a number of articles and is co- author of a book on Talent Management. She speaks at conferences on areas such as leadership development, executive coaching, Emotional Intelligence and Performance Management.

Ms. Lap holds a degree in Klinische en Orthopedagogiek, comparable with Clinical and Remedial Education, from the Leiden University.
