Ms. Dieck has over 30 years of consulting experience with CEOs, boards, senior teams, and human resources leadership on issues of organizational alignment and performance, talent strategy, leadership succession, and team dynamics.

She focuses her work in the health care and not-for-profit sectors, consulting with providers, payors, pharmaceuticals, bio-techs, physician groups, managed care organizations, associations, and non-government organizations.

Ms. Dieck enables her clients to leverage leadership and talent in the achievement of strategic goals and operating performance. She uses a range of approaches to advance change, ranging from consultative facilitation and coaching, to structured workshops and interventions, to programmatic work with core organizational capabilities (e.g. strategy, culture, and people).

Ms. Dieck joined Korn Ferry from Marsh & McLennan Companies, where she worked in various entities. As part of Mercer’s talent practice, she consulted with senior leaders and boards on large-scale change. While with Oliver Wyman, she was the talent leader for consultants in the organizational change practice. Ms. Dieck was also a partner with Mercer Delta, where she worked on transformational change agendas.

She began her career in the public health/social services sectors, with VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America), working with underserved youth and then as a program manager for the first Medicaid health maintenance organization.

Ms. Dieck holds a bachelor’s of arts degree from Harvard College and a master’s of business administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the YWCA Academy of Women Leaders.
