Ms. Chae is also serving as the Asia Pacific representative for the key global account team.

The first Korean national to become Senior Client Partner in the Firm's Seoul office history, Ms. Chae has served as a top executive recruitment consultant for more than two decades.

Over two decades, Ms. Chae has worked with clients in identifying and evaluating the best fit for the country or regional leadership roles in Korean and Asia market.

She has also placed numerous executives in finance, sales and marketing, human resources, corporate positions. Her client list includes Fortune 500 companies as well as Korean leading conglomerates and start-up operations.

Prior to working in the executive search industry, Ms. Chae was with Associated Merchandising Corp., a U.S.-based global merchandising firm, where she held responsibilities for apparel merchandising. She also has worked as a marketing representative for one of the U.S. Embassy federations based in Seoul.

Ms. Chae earned an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST, as well as a bachelor's degree of arts in German literature from Ewha Women's University.
