Senior Client Partner, Global DE&I Diagnostic Solution Leader

Fayruz Kirtzman is a Senior Client Partner and thought leader in Korn Ferry’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Practice and leads the diversity, equity & inclusion diagnostic suite of solutions.

Ms. Kirtzman specializes in DE&I consulting, organizational assessments, and strategy development. As part of her role, she helps clients across industries create data-driven DE&I roadmaps that focus on both behavioral and structural inclusion.

Ms. Kirtzman is the co-author of the book The 5 Disciplines of Inclusive Organizations: How Diverse and Equitable Enterprises will Transform the World. She was part of the inaugural facilitation team at Cornell University’s “Advanced Diversity Strategies” workshop for experienced diversity practitioners and has presented on diversity, equity & inclusion at conferences such as The Conference Board and Linkage. 

Ms. Kirtzman started her career as the Director of Language and Culture for a global communications agency, where she was in charge of all linguistic and cultural analyses as well as brand name and corporate identity analyses in more than 100 languages and oversaw the development of global marketing and advertising strategies to target specific markets.

Ms. Kirtzman applies her professional and personal experiences—spanning three cultures, three countries, and three religions— to provide insights into managing and leveraging cultural differences and inclusion globally.

Ms. Kirtzman was born and raised in Germany and holds a B.A. in Translation and Linguistics from the Fachhochschule Kӧln, Germany. She is fluent in German and English, conversant in French, and is currently learning Arabic.
