Practice Leader, Korn Ferry Professional Search Sales & Marketing Center of Expertise

Frank Cobo leads the North American Sales & Marketing Center of Expertise for the Korn Ferry Professional Search business. In this role, he is responsible for expanding Korn Ferry’s North America business in Sales & Marketing functionally across all industry verticals.

Mr. Cobo joined Korn Ferry in 2000 as a Senior Associate for the Global Consumer & Industrial Practices and transitioned to the Korn Ferry Search business as a Managing Consultant in 2011.

Specific to marketing, he has successfully completed executive search assignments across all functional disciplines including several multi-channel Chief Marketing Officer, Customer Relationship Management/Loyalty, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand Marketing assignments in both Business to Consumer and Business to Business environments.

Specific to sales, he has successfully completed executive search assignments across multiple industries including Global Sales, National Account Sales, Sales Operations and Field Sales leadership positions in both product and service environments.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Cobo worked as an Executive Recruiter for a boutique executive search firm specializing in middle management recruiting for the Building Products & Consumer Durable Goods Industries. He began his career in the Retail industry as a District Manager for a global retailer.

Mr. Cobo graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in May of 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and is a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Marketing Center of Expertise, the American Marketing Association, the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s, the Society of Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training & Development, World at Work and the Organizational Development Network.
