Mr. Cepin brings over 15 years of executive recruiting experience. The majority of Mr. Cepin's career has been dedicated to the professional services industry, working closely with clients focused on management consulting, advisory, technology services, accounting, and outsourcing services. Within these organizations, he has successfully placed senior leaders in a broad range of Partner-level and functional leadership positions, including Managing Partner, Service Line Leader, Industry Vertical Leader, Head of Business Development, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Mr. Cepin also offers expertise in recruiting top talent for Fortune 500, privately-held, and private equity-backed organizations, focusing on C-level and Vice President searches across the Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Tax functions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Cepin was the Executive Vice President and Leader of the Professional Services Practice at another well-known executive search firm. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of a boutique retained executive search practice.

Mr. Cepin holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences from Washington State University.
