Gren Millard is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Virginia office within the Firm’s Global Technology Market.

Mr. Millard brings more than two decades of experience in executive search, sales and marketing to Korn Ferry. He specializes in software, business services and infrastructure technologies, with a client list that reflects a balance between large public companies and private equity-backed emerging growth businesses. Mr. Millard advises companies and their boards on executive assessment and human capital development initiatives.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Millard was with another notable executive search firm, where as a member of the company’s technology sector, he co-led the software practice in the United States.

Before entering the executive search practice in 1998, he was region vice president of sales for Mid-Atlantic states with Gartner Group, a leading information technology research and advisory company. Previously, he was with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) in a variety of sales and marketing roles for eight years. Mr. Millard joined DEC after five years in marketing and sales with Xerox Corporation.

Mr. Millard earned a bachelor’s in business administration and international business from George Washington University.
