Ms. Degirmenci helps senior executives implement their vision and strategies. She has been successful in supporting organizations in a wide range of solutions in different industries and geographies, at all organizational level.

Ms. Degirmenci supports her clients in developing operating models and organization structures, grading and reward systems based on corporate strategies, and selecting and developing leadership capabilities of top teams and talents in organizations to deliver sustainable business results.

Ms. Degirmenci worked in many different countries with different cultures and market conditions. She has worked as a financial auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers and supported consulting and risk assurance functions. She then started working at Sabancc± Holding as an auditor and was responsible for process development and design projects in all group companies in local and foreign subsidiaries. Later on, she started working at Vodafone as a process auditor.

At Korn Ferry Ms. Degirmenci works with senior management in the developing operating models and organization structures, designing human resources capabilities and developing them.

Ms. Degirmenci has bachelors degree in business administration at Bilkent University.

She holds a local CPA certificate and is an Accredited Certified Coach.
