Hagen Schweinitz is a Senior Client Partner in the Frankfurt office of Korn Ferry. He joined the firm in 2000 and is a member of the Global CIO Centre of Excellence, which he leads in Central Europe.

Mr. Schweinitz also specializes in the selection and evaluation of C-Level executives in the technology sector. Mr. Schweinitz is also coordinating the Korn Ferry activities for the Non-Profit/Education / Government sector in Central Europe, advising clients such as universities and research institutions. He works in close cooperation with the Global Life Sciences Practice and leads the Korn Ferry Lifesciences IT Initiative across EMEA.

Mr. Schweinitz is a regular contributor to the Korn Ferry Institute and has published several whitepapers on the convergence of the Healthcare and Technology, on leadership imperatives for CIOs, on corporate governance and non-executive directors in fast-growing technology companies and, most recently, on corporate governance in Iran.

Mr. Schweinitz holds memberships of the European Corporate Governance Institute in Brussels and the Royal Society of Asian Affairs in London. He was elected as Life Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland. He is an active member of the Oxford Business Alumni organization and currently serves as President of the regional OBA chapter. He also is a Mentor for Oxford Women’s Leadership Community's "Ascent" Programme for alumnae and current female students of the School.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Schweinitz was a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Services practice.

Mr. Schweinitz holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Saïd Business School / University of Oxford and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wales. He is a graduate of the Saïd Business School / University of Oxford High Performance Management programme. He speaks English, German and Farsi.
