An expert on leadership development in the region, Ms. Choe draws on over twenty years of business and human resources experience across Asia, Europe, and Americas, including CEO succession planning, high potential talent strategy, integrated talent management, top team assessment, as well as coaching executives from Fortune 500 companies, government, and consulting businesses.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2004, Ms. Choe was a general manager with a French consulting company where she was responsible for human resources management consulting, public relations, and French-Korean relations.

Ms. Choe was a guest lecturer on “Leadership Development in the Millennium” at the Seoul National University for three years. She was previously the chairwoman of Career Women in Korea, a not-for-profit association dedicated to mentoring professional women, and continues to sit on its board. She is a member of the Harvard Coaching Institute, American Counseling Association, the Society for Human Resources Management, and is currently on the Enactus Singapore Program Strategy Committee.

Ms. Choe holds dual master’s degree in counseling psychology and organizational psychology from Columbia University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business management from Seattle Pacific University. She is accredited in a range of instruments for senior executive assessment and development.

With a diverse multicultural background, Ms. Choe enjoys traveling and learning new languages. She is fluent in Korean and English; conversational in Farsi, Turkish, and French; and speaks basic Mandarin.
