Huxley Liang is an Executive Vice President for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s Shanghai office.

Mr. Liang focuses on organizational transformation, working to define solutions to land newly developed strategy throughout all organizational levels and fabrics. Using strategic human resource design, he fine-tunes clients’ HR system to help inner HR experts move to strategic partners.

Mr. Liang has worked to develop talents that translate requirements into concrete metrics. These metrics include future talent, calibrating the existing talent pool, gauging gaps, and customizing development programs to help talent walk through a breakthrough journey to achieve a completion of pulling out the second growth curve of both life and cause.

Mr. Liang’s areas of expertise might include the following: strategy clarification, strategy decoding, operating model design, corporate parenting model design, organizational structure design, job decoding, job evaluation and measurement, executive search, employee engagement, culture reshaping, reward strategy, leadership and talent, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, coaching, facilitation, competency modeling, talent strategy, etc.

Mr. Liang holds a master’s degree in international relations, from Nanjing University, China and a master’s of business administration from Australia Graduate School of Management, Sydney University & New South Wales University.

He has a study certificate of Johns-Hopkins University and Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies.

Mr. Liang is fluent in Chinese and English.
