Ingrid van den Camp is a Senior Principal located in Korn Ferry Hay Group’s Amsterdam office.

Ms. van den Camp works with HR Managers and executives to support the business by improving HRM practices in the field of Work Measurement and Talent Strategy.

Ms. van den Camp has been working with a wide range of large multinational corporate clients in various business sectors, amongst which the financial and industrial sector. Her work includes developing and implementing (international) job frameworks and executive grading. In various roles, Ingrid has served clients such as DSM, Shell, ASML, NXP, AEGON and ABN AMRO. These roles have varied from expert in a large teams to project leader or client relationship manager.

Ms. van den Camp works across the whole range of Hay Group’s Work Measurement and Talent strategy. Typical expertise areas include Job Family Modeling, Job Evaluation, Organizational Clarification and Assessments.

During her whole career Ingrid has been working in an international environment.

Apart from her knowledge and expertise in HR and Hay Group methodology she brings 20 years’ of HR experience and an open, straightforward, pragmatic way of doing business with clients. Key for her is delivering value for her client.

Ms. van den Camp is educated in Business Economics (University of Amsterdam) and Fiscal Law (VU Amsterdam). She started her career at PepsiCo in various positions in human resources.
