Janice Ho is a Senior Director for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's Singapore office.

Ms. Ho works within Korn Ferry Institute's (KFI) Global Research Centre where she leads a team of business researchers, econometrists, and statisticians, based in Singapore and Minnesota, US. The team works in close partnership with other areas of specialization within Korn Ferry Institute including the measurement, analytics and IP development teams.

Ms. Ho's current role focuses on developing new perspectives on key challenges facing organizations today and in the future, designing and conducting robust research to develop thought leadership and build propositions to support leaders, business partners, and expertise within the organization.

Ms. Ho is passionate about helping organizations, teams, and individuals unleash their potential. Her years of consulting experience has equipped her with an astuteness to address pain points in organizations through insightful, predictive analytics and practical applications.

Previously, Ms. Ho worked as a psychologist at the Ministry of Defense, a university professor and researcher, an internal consultant at a Fortune 20 company, and an external management consultant, specializing in executive assessment and development, and building competency, leadership, and talent strategy in organizations.

Ms. Ho earned her doctorate degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Nottingham, UK, master of science in applied occupational psychology from the University of Wales, UK and bachelor of arts (hons I) from York University, Toronto, Canada.

Ms. Ho is a member of the British Psychological Society, and is certified in Korn Ferry's leadership and talent diagnostic tools and assessment methodologies.
