Ms. Ahearn has a decade of experience helping organizations solve their business problems.

She has supported clients in the industrial, consumer, financial, technology, life sciences and healthcare services industries, as well as in the higher education space, with their global integrated talent management, succession planning, and leadership assessment and development efforts. She has helped organizations design their talent strategies, competency models, success profiles and talent processes to support the execution of their business strategies. She is also a coach and program manager.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ahearn was a consultant for Marakon Associates Management Consulting, where she provided counsel to corporations and private equity firms on strategy, operations, market analysis, and financial matters.

Ms. Ahearn has worked for the Chicago Public School system to recommend a strategic school support model. In addition, she has worked to establish micro-finance arrangements in Puebla, Mexico, as a pro bono consultant.

Ms. Ahearn holds a master of business administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University.

She is certified in Korn Ferry Leadership ArchitectTM, Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential, viaEDGETM, Decision Styles, Voices®, Choices® and Hogan, and is conversant in Spanish.
