John Howarth is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s London office.

Mr. Howarth’s background lies in business transformation, with an extensive track record of working with senior leaders to help them define and clarify their business strategy, develop operating models to support the realization of strategies, and define and implement structures, roles, and capabilities within the organization.

Mr. Howarth supports many private, public, and not-for-profit organizations through transformations, including a global engineering business integrating acquired companies, a global Insurer focused on reducing costs, a consultancy business aiming to grow, and local and central government departments re-focusing on how they provide their services.

Mr. Howarth brings over 20 years of experience in supporting clients to design and build effective organizations. He possesses an extensive skill-set that supports his work in business transformation. Through organizational design Mr. Howarth helps clients design and implement operating models and organizational structures to deliver strategic aims and objectives.

Mr. Howarth leads projects and programs to implement change within organizations. He works to develop change management by ensuring understanding and commitment through stakeholder management, facilitation, and the involvement and engagement of people. Through organizational development he facilitates the development of organizational capability, culture, and behaviors to deliver strategic ambitions.

Mr. Howarth holds a bachelor’s of science in mathematics from London University. He is accredited practitioner in Myers–Briggs Type Indicator, level 1 and level 2, and is an accredited practitioner in Changefirst Change Management methodology.
