Jordan Otten is a Senior Principal of the Executive Reward practice for Korn Ferry Hay Group, located in the Amsterdam office.

Mr. Otten’s clients include national and international companies in all industry sectors. He is a specialist in corporate governance and compensation.

Mr. Otten has been involved in projects for a wide range of (international) companies, small and large, listed and non-listed and active in all industry sectors. His recent projects include companies in the Financial Services, the Industrial and Real Estate sectors. 

Mr. Otten specializes in corporate governance reforms and best practices, board room dynamics and stakeholder analyses, reward strategy and policy (re-)design, external and internal benchmarking, Incentive design – short-term and long-term incentives and job evaluation.

Mr. Otten is a visiting professor at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from Utrecht University. Mr. Otten’s dissertation was on international comparisons of executive compensation and corporate governance reforms and best practices. His research is published in leading international and Dutch academic journals.
