With more than twenty years of Human Capital consulting experience, Mr. Guerrero has a proven ability to lead client relationships. He is recognized as having outstanding customer service and is committed to serving the Firm’s clients with passion and dedication. During his years as Executive Search Consultant, Mr. Guerrero has managed search assignments for General Managers, HR Directors, CFOs, Sales & Marketing executives and board members for different industries such as Consumer, Life Sciences and Industrial. He has worked with start-up operations, Global 1000 and Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Guerrero’s HR consulting experience includes projects in talent assessment, organizational development, succession and talent consulting.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 1998, Mr. Guerrero was with Procter & Gamble Co.

He was initially responsible for implementing the Re-engineering Department, identifying across the organization the non-added value activities and helping departments involved in changing their structures and improving efficiency in their working processes. Later, Mr. Guerrero was promoted to Recruiting & Selection Manager for Mexico. In that role, he was responsible for college recruiting and the re-engineering of the recruiting process.

Mr. Guerrero is a member of the American Chamber board of Directors and has served in other non-profit organizations as a board member.

Mr. Guerrero earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Universidad de Las Americas, a top private university in Mexico. He also obtained a Diploma in International Commerce at the University of Quebec in Montreal.
