Mr. Tanizaki is the manager of Assessment & Development division for Tokyo office. His major delivering results include:​

Mr. Tanizaki is responsible for designing and implementing HR development system, Leadership Assessment, and training programs for major Japanese and multi-national companies across all industries.​

He especially adds value in the planning phase where he leverages his deep knowledge of global insights and data Korn Ferry obtains. ​

He also has rich experience in developing global leaders by using methods of overseas training programs.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as the leader for HRD and global solution practice at WiLL Seed. His professional history includes working for a construction company and PeopleSoft Japan (now an Oracle company) as HR consultant.
