Senior Principal

Kennedy Lee is a Senior Principal in Korn Ferry’s Toronto office. 

Working within the pay and governance practice, Mr. Lee consults with boards and executives on all aspects of executive compensation and pay governance.

Kennedy specializes in executive/director compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan review, compensation disclosure and risk analysis, noncash benefits, due diligence study, business integration, and international compensation comparisons for private and publicly traded companies in both the financial and industrial sectors.

Mr. Lee possesses a combination of skills and experience that allow him to work closely with clients from different industries in designing and implementing practical solutions that support and reinforce the attainment of business goals.

Kennedy has extensive experience developing, reviewing, and implementing compensation and benefit programs to support business operations across various industries.

Mr. Lee’s primary areas of expertise are executive compensation and governance, compensation system design and implementation, noncash benefits, and international compensation.

Mr. Lee has held various positions within the firm in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Canada. Prior to joining the firm, he was also deputy general manager of a publicly listed company in Hong Kong with diverse business interests in China. 

Mr. Lee holds a master’s of business administration from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.
