Principal

Kim Stewart is a Principal for Korn Ferry based in their Toronto office.

Ms. Stewart has assisted clients from a variety of industries and types of organizations Including, large multinational, international and non-profit organizations. She works closely with clients to accurately identify the issues, select, design, develop and implement the appropriate solution and evaluate results.

Ms. Stewart specializes in the design and development of integrated solutions for clients. She also provides coaching feedback on 360 assessment instruments. Ms. Stewart has over 25 years of experience in training design and consulting.

Ms. Stewart's primary expertise areas include conducting needs analysis to identify issues and needs, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions, leadership development and assessment, competency model development, communications to support initiatives and project management. She is certified in Korn Ferry's competency coding methodology for the purposes of development of competency models and assessing individuals' personal competency profiles, as well as providing coaching to individuals on a number of assessment instruments.

She has worked on several change management initiatives including designing training/orientation for change initiatives, as well as identifying the requirements to sustain the change in the new organization and environment.

Ms. Stewart holds an honours bachelor degree from the University of Western Ontario and a masters of business administration in international business from European University in Belgium.

She is fluent in English and French.
