For over 17 years Ms. Hibler has partnered with clients to develop leaders teams and organizations. She has worked both domestically and internationally—advising organizations designing and facilitating programs and coaching leaders in over 20 countries in the Middle East Africa Asia & Europe.

Prior to joining the firm, she led a client engagement to design and deliver a year-long program developing Saudi Women as social entrepreneurs. With another client, a large science and research organization, she led a team that designed and implemented a leading-change program for senior leaders.

Ms. Hibler's areas of expertise include leading and managing across cultures, employee engagement, building inclusive work environments, coaching, facilitation, leadership and talent development, and team building.

In a previous role, she ran Global Leadership Development for Mercy Corps, an international aid and humanitarian organization, where she worked to identify, develop, promote, and retain top talent around the world. Before that, she served as a human capital consultant for an international firm, where she partnered with government clients to improve leadership, culture, and engagement.

She has worked with leaders at all levels, from individual contributor to executive, and across the for-profit, non-profit, and public sectors.

Ms. Hibler holds a doctorate in intercultural communication from Arizona State University, an MA in speech communication from the University of Washington, and a BA in East Asian studies from the University of Colorado. She is an International Coach Federation certified coach, and she completed an evidenced-based coaching certificate from Fielding Graduate University. Additionally, she is certified to administer the Hogan Suite and the intercultural assessments GlobeSmart Profile and Global Competencies Inventory.
