Senior Client Partner, President, EMEA Consulting

Lesley is a Senior Client Partner based in our London office. She has over 20 years experience as a leading consultant operating with Boards and senior teams and 15 years as a top-level HR professional.

Ms. Uren works with organisations to help them realise competitive advantage through their people and talent strategies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Lesley has worked for leading consulting firms Towers Watson Willis, and PA Consulting, in practice leadership roles.She also set up and led a specialist Talent Management consulting firm, Jackson Samuel.

During her industry career, Lesley held a number of Regional and Corporate Group HR roles for everything from investor-backed start-up organisations, family-owned entrepreneurial businesses and large, blue-chip companies such as PepsiCo.

Lesley was the global head of Korn Ferry’s People Strategy and Performance solution for two years before stepping into her current role as President of EMEA Consulting. 

Lesley has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors and geographies, leading projects to improve the value organisations gain from investing in talent management.

Lesley has an MA in Human Resources Strategies. Over recent years, she has authored six substantial research publications which together have made a significant contribution to the understanding of the actions organisations need to take to gain competitive advantage from their talent and performance strategies.

Lesley is also a past non-Executive Director on the Board of the leading UK awarding body, Investors in People.
