Lilly Lin, Ph.D.

Senior Principal

Lilly Lin is a Senior Principal based in Korn Ferry's Chicago office.

She engages with companies throughout multiple industries (commercial, finance/insurance, industrial) during full-scale project implementation associated with employee selection, leadership development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and executive assessment.

Ms. Lin orchestrates engagement with Fortune 50 multi-national companies to manage talent selection and employee performance assessment projects.

She also coordinates with large global companies to build and implement competency models, success profiles, and organization-wide culture initiatives in order to align HR systems and processes across the organization. 

For more than 20 years Ms. Lin has been in the Human Resource Consultancy business providing expertise in Leadership Assessment, Employee Selection, and Executive Assessment and Development. She specializes in identifying core business issues, and then providing sound HR strategies that both resolve issues and deliver the greatest return on investment, including engaging with clients to reduce or eliminate the impact of unconscious biases on talent.

Ms. Lin is highly skilled in turning complexity into clarity. Through multiple client conversations with Fortune 500 companies and on-going dialogue, she presents solutions to complex business issues. Clients have peace of mind knowing that the strategies and solutions they choose will be the right ones for their organization and align with their strategic initiatives. 

Ms. Lin received her doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. She is also an active member in the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
